As a Brisbane based Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), I am able to work with you, the individual, to reach your own specific health and nutrition goals.

Unlike mass produced diet schemes, I will assist you to reach health resolutions specific to you. I will consider your relevant medical, social and dieting history. After that, I will explore your personal relationship with food. A comprehensive assessment will allow me to gain enough insight to formulate the most appropriate strategies for you.
