Private Health Rebates
Rebates can be claimed for Dietitian consultations if you have appropriate extras cover. Queen St clinic has on the spot claiming. For telehealth, keep your receipt for submission to your health fund. Many insurance companies now have apps to make claiming a breeze.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. Your cat might run away. You might be completely overwhelmed. We get it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we just ask that you please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
This allows sufficient time to fill the appointment and reduce waiting times for others.
Failure to provide sufficient notice, or to attend an appointment will result in a charge of half the consult fee.
