As this year draws to an end I am in full decluttering mode. I have spent the morning cleaning out my study to prepare fresh for the new year. For me, an uncluttered space means an uncluttered mind. This also holds true for my recipe folder.
Does anyone else rip out recipes from magazines like me and and have them lying around the house? I also pin too many recipes and never get around to cooking them.
Not surprisingly, I resolve to try and make, or at least attempt all of those beautiful recipes that catch my eye in the new year.
Looking back over the year, it was definitely the biggest and most amazing year of my life.
2015 for me and my now husband meant:
🍍 New house
🍍 New car
It was certainly an extremely busy but rewarding year!
How will 2016 compare? I know it will be wonderful in different ways. I will commence private consulting in the new year, so stay tuned for more details. I can’t wait to personally help those that have been enquiring about consultations, and anyone new that wants to improve their health.
Until then, have a really fabulous new years, whatever your plans are. Eat for enjoyment and remember, tomorrow is another day for new (healthy) beginnings. Try not to get drawn into fad diets or promises of detoxes in the new year. Instead, adopt your own healthier choices that are manageable for you and praise yourself while you make them.
As always, thanks for stopping by! See you in 2016.
